    Since January of 2012 , Monaco has been providing professional Real Estate Investment Consulting & Management Services to clients across the country.  We have helped clients who are either dealing with probate, or are needing to sell a house quickly due to other issues, such as:
divorce, deployment, critical diagnosis, death inheritance, disability, lien/loan/tax defaults, disasters, debt, delinquencies, and other issues.
    We also help realtors, when their listings are expiring. Or when their client has a limited timeline. 
    We take pride in our gift for listening to our clients to find innovative solutions for the sale of their home.  Our focus is always on building these kinds of relationships.
    We know our clients and partners appreciate a process which is both efficient, and results-driven. So everyone can be happy.

  • We use simplified agreements for all our deals. We minimize the use of “Legalese”.  So they’re easier to understand.
  • We can close as quickly as 7 days! Or using whatever timeline schedule works best for you.
  • Unlike realtors, We won’t make rose-colored glasses type promises, or hype about the market or property values.
  • We simply feel that the practice is unethical, proven to be bad for the economy and counterproductive to the sale of any home.
